One night in 1989 while giving a horse and carriage tour in Memphis, Tennessee, William Biggs noticed a pedicab (3- wheeled bicycle) driver having a difficult time pedaling his passengers up a hill. The proverbial “light bulb went off” in Mr. Biggs’ head and the BIGGSHAW was born.
